    		 Dr. Pascal Noronha, President and CEO
    Dr. Noronha is a founding member and the President & CEO of Abound Solar. Over the last 12 years he has been an entrepreneur successfully starting four technology companies. Dr. Noronha’s experience includes a senior management role with General Electric and as a design scientist at General Dynamics. Dr. Noronha holds an MS in Materials Science from Stanford University and an MBA and a PhD in Materials Science from Vanderbilt University.



    		 Stephen Abely, Chief Financial Officer
    Mr. Abely joined Abound Solar in August 2008 as CFO. Mr. Abely has more than 20 years experience in senior financial positions in public and private technology companies. Mr. Abely’s experience includes the CFO role at Bookham, Inc., three private companies and President of StorMedia. Mr. Abely holds a BA in Business Administration from Northeastern University.



    		 Dr. Anders Olsson, Senior Vice President of Research and Development
    Dr. Olsson joined Abound Solar in April 2008 to lead the R&D activity. Dr. Olsson has more than 30 years of R&D and engineering experience. Dr. Olsson’s experience includes senior management roles at Finisar, AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. Dr. Olsson holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.



    		 Dr. Neil Morris, Senior Vice President of Engineering
    Dr. Morris joined Abound Solar in March 2008 to lead the Engineering team. Dr. Morris brings more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries. Dr. Morris’s experience includes senior management roles at Palm, WJ Communications and Philips Semiconductors. Dr. Morris holds a PhD in Semiconductor Technology, a BSEE in electrical engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Full Technological Diploma in Telecommunications from the University of Wales.



    		 Julian Hawkins, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
    Mr. Hawkins joined Abound Solar in June 2008 to lead the Sales and Marketing activity. Mr. Hawkins has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Mr. Hawkins’ experience includes senior management positions at IDT, Infineon and Samsung. Mr. Hawkins holds a BS in computer Science from Manchester University.



    		 Patrick Summers, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
    Mr. Summers joined Abound Solar in 2008 and serves as the company’s chief legal officer, overseeing all legal and corporate governance functions. Mr. Summers has more than 12 years experience as general counsel with private and public companies. Mr. Summers’ experience includes legal and governance roles with Webroot Software and 360Networks, as well as private practice experience. Mr. Summers holds a BS from the University of San Francisco, and a JD from the University of Oklahoma.


    		 Dennis Stoltenberg, Vice President of Human Resources
    Mr. Stoltenberg joined Abound Solar to lead the human resources function. Mr. Stoltenberg has more than 20 years of HR and organizational development experience. Mr. Stoltenberg’s experience includes senior management positions at Webroot Software, Quark, Maui Land & Pineapple, and GE Access. Mr. Stoltenberg holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.


    		 Ali Zamanpour, Vice President of Corporate Quality
    Mr. Zamanpour joined Abound Solar in 2008 to lead the Quality activity. Mr. Zamanpour has more than 20 years of industry and quality experience with high-technology multinational companies and fast-paced startup companies. Mr. Zamanpour’s experience includes senior management roles at Cisco Systems, Texas Instruments and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a BS and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Utah.



    		 Steve Ruduski, Vice President of Manufacturing
    Mr. Ruduski joined Abound Solar in June 2008 to lead the manufacturing activity. Mr. Ruduski has more than 30 years experience in the operation and optimization of semiconductor fabs. Mr. Ruduski’s experience includes senior management roles at Philips Semiconductor, and National Semiconductor. Mr. Ruduski holds a BA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.
